iPhone 4 32gb swap for 4s 16gb ?

As above, I have a boxed iPhone 4 in good condition, comes with a case which has been on since new. I dont need the storage and would like a 4s in exchange. The phone is unlocked, I need a phone either unlocked or on 3.
